A
Minor Adjustment
By Rev.
Kenneth E. Hagin
Take
us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines....(Song 2:15)
The
Bible says that the little foxes spoil the vines. So sometimes, we just
need to make a little adjustment to receive our answer to prayer. Then
we'll receive our healing.
I remember a person who was seeking healing. Now, he was saved and
filled with the Holy Ghost. But if people were automatically healed
because they were saved and filled with the Holy Ghost, then all
Spirit-filled people would be healed.
As I was talking with this person seeking healing, suddenly, he said,
"That's it! That's it right there!" I really didn't know what he was
talking about. He wasn't asking any questions; we were just discussing
the Bible.
But, all of a sudden, this person saw where he had failed to make the
prayer connection. So he made the connection and he got results.
If you aren't getting results, the problem is not with God. Too many
times, people think, "Well, maybe God doesn't want me to have that." If
the Bible says that He wants you to have it and if He has provided it
for you, then He wants you to have it!
Instead of taking the time to see where they're missing it, many people
say, "Well, If God wanted me to have it, He would give it to me. I guess
I'll just do without it." They are playing right into the hands of the
devil, and as a result, they are defeated.
Confession If God's Word says something is mine, I believe it's
mine. God's Word says that healing is mine. Father God, show me any
adjustments I need to make in my life in order to receive my healing.
